My saudi council renewal is rejected

I've been trying to renew my saudi council. But everytime I try. It always say Re-registration request cannot proceed. What's wrong? 😔

@Fateeemah MAYBE ur license  expired more than 1 year, or u have pending reclassification...

@dataserve salam. I have the same problem. My SCFHS license expired for 3 years and when i tried to renew it, the SCFHS required only for registration. Do I need to make another dataflow to add my latest experience?

There are a lot of mechanisms in Saudi commission process considering the below:

1) You are working in Govt sector

2) You are working in Private sector

3) You stayed in your home country with your exit for more than six months

4) Expired more than one year and you are in KSA and continuing the work.

5) Expired more than one year and not continuing the work.

So anybody is asking a random question, and no answer will be correct until you share the exact problem that you are facing.

Hi i want to ask ive been working here in saudi for 4yrs and my license just now didnt renew because they said the updated dataflow has negative and i updated again the dataflow came out discrepancy can i use it to renew my license ? again

i want to ask if i have the experience ive been here in saudi for 4yrs and my license got renewed before then its expired last august 2022 they rejected it because when i updated my dataflow one of the coe got negative because doesnt match to the one i pass and the one they find regarding to that experience then i updated again and got discrepancy because only i dont have proof of contribution in taxes in the philippines ,Can i able to use the discrepancy report to renew my license?

Good day meron po ba sainyo na rejected din twice ,nag asked kasi sila updated dataflow kasi 2016 pa yun then bigla nag negative report ko sa isang coe so i appeal then after that discrepancy na result and they give deadline to finish it if di naayus pauwiin ako, Ok lang kaya gamitin yung disicrepancy they asking support document contribution ng sss at pag ibig eh that time probationary lang ako not entitled for benefits kaya di makakuha ng proof ng contribution from my previous employer sa pinas . Can i able to renew or use the discrepancy if ever?

Hi everyone and @dataserve My saudi license id is already expired since Oct 2021 as a Nurse Technician. I went for exit on May 2021. And now, I got a job offer. I am processing my data flow for my coe's here in philippines after my saudi experience but it will take 25 days b4 d report comes out. The next process is Mumaris Reclassification, my question is, is cpd hours required in applying for reclassification? if yes, how many cpd hours is required? Im still here in philippines and my employer is requiring me to provide eiligibility prior issuing visa. I just want to make sure that my application for reclassification will be smooth, so i want to prepare all the needed requirements while waiting for the data flow report .May i know what are the requirements needed for reclassification? I have read that scfhs is requiring recommendation letter per employment certificate? is this true? Appreciate your response.

@GuestPoster291 have same problem. Also have 2 yrs gap but now have current 1 yr experience. I was able to apply for reclassification and they approved it. From nursing tech to nursing specialist but havent taken the exam yet. But will they accept my 1 yr experience if i will try to renew my expired license?

@dataserve hi, just want to ask if i can still renew my nursing tech license. It was expired since 2020 with 2 years gap but currently have 1 yr experience now. I tried to clicked professional re-registration but i cant proceed cuz it expired more than 1 yr already and it says to go to professional registration. I cant continue my application in prof registration because im not currently in saudi and dont have iqama. But just incase ill be back in saudi, can they accept new registration with my expired classification or can i renew it?

Acutally i applied for reclassification already, nursing tech to nursing specialist and it was approved. I havent taken the exam yet. My plan is to renew first my nursing tech if i can still renew it so that i have temporary license while preparing for nursing specialist exam.

If your plan is renew you should apply it first.

you must finish reclassification first only the system will open for a new type of request!

The same problem with me. I apply for re- classification for renewal was rejected due to my dataflow of my school  was not verify due  closed already until now i didnot renew my license

@dataserve sir i wanna know if i can renew my bls even i dont have yet my new iqama and i just arrived in KSA last july 15, 2023 but i work before in saudi arabia and weny to philippines last december 2022

@dataserve i am currently working here in ksa now and will be resigning end of the month. But i will come back in another hospital with my husband. My saudi council specialist is still valid until july 2024. But i did my dataflow last month showing that my coe has discrepancy. My hospital verified me but i cannot provide supporting documents that data flow is requiring me.

I will just ask if i will have a problem renewing my licence next year since my data flow showing discrepancy

Noted, I could solve some similar cases. But it's not easy

it is true that if your license was expired for more tha 1 year.you will need to apply for reclassification and retake the exam?regardless if your license is specialist already?my license was expired for morethan 1 year.im already a nurse specialist.now that i have new employer.my visa got rejected because my license in not registered anymore.

Can you elaborate more ? You have option to renew and retake the exam based on the documents and situation

i have the same case.my saudi council is already expired for more than a year now. i recently hired to the kingdom and my visa got rejected twice in the reason that my registration was already expired.some people told me that last year,scfhs has impleting new rule that if your registration is expired for morethan a year and you are outside the kingdom you need to reclassify and retake the exam for you to be registered again in the council.regardless if you are nurse tech or specialist.past the exam again for us to be given working visa.
