Qiwa transfer problem

Hellow Good Day to All !

Can anyone help me here..  my current employer can't see the request  for transfer to my new employee. My new employer already send a request and i already accept it. But the problem is  my current employer having a problem in there system. They cant see the request of my new employer.?

Anyone have idea and how to solve this problem? Please Help

Today the Qiwa website portal platform is unavailable due to a maintenance service.

But once it is back in service, log-in to your Qiwa account and create a ticket to sort out your problem.

QIwa system is down since many days. I need to transfer my sponsor since a week back and the new sponsor is unable to do because of the maintence. Any idea how long is this going to take?
Because my old sponsor have already given me a weeks time for changing my sponsor.

You will be notified via email if you are a registered user of QIWA Platform. Normally, about Maintenance Announcement stating that "To ensure service quality and improved customer experience Qiwa will be under maintenance on Friday 13/05/2022 from 6 am to 6 pm."

The right approach is to Call QIWA and ask solution about your problem.

in a period of  60 days I cannot take a transfer, then after 60 days how can take a transfer? any planty

sir im here now to the new employer tha i transfer.may i know the reason why cannot request for employee transfer they said to me is technical issue thru qiwa?

@Yowmamen How much time it took for qiwa maintenance.now same is the problem with me .it's been 1 month now

According to qiwa maintenance  timing they don't take lots of time.. But still there are lots of problems that they have to solve and make easier for expatriates.. It's still not working properly as they are saying

My new employer said that Qiwa portal is not working for the past couple of weeks and that is the reason  they can't start the iqama transfer process.

Is that the case at the moment? Do employers currently have issues using qiwa portal?

Not sure if it is the case. When I log into my own individual account, I can access it with no problem. Please advise.

Yes many companies facing the issue..

there is specif account with subscribtion for companies which is blocked if saudization ratio is not met

I am also facing same issue.. do let me know once your issue is resolved

I think you need to have a strong internet connection because although they are under maintennance but the system is stiill ongoing just be patient in doing it and it will be approved

Hello did any experience problem resetting qiwa password and account locked due to multiple otp generation issues? My issue is not yet resolved after raising a ticket to customer care 4 days ago

I am facing issue in resetting my password. I forgot my password. Now i am trying to reset my password , after few attempts my Qiwa ID is blocked. Is any body is facing the same problem. Please help me in solving this issue. I need to accept contract by employer immediately. Is this a technical glitch in the system. Thanks in advance.

Yes, there has to be Technical error.

There is no such website having this issues ,

u can easily reset passwords whenever u want.


This is a Glitch.


Cuatomer care is the only solution. By emails or calls.

I have changed my phone number and iqama also because I went on exit and came back on a new visa.

but my Email is the same.

So I cannot able to login to the Qiwa account


Also, I cannot create another account as my email is already registered with the previous Iqama number.
