Deposit Refund from Ejar

Hello,


I am in process of final exit from Saudi due to family medical emergency. My Ejar contract expires shortly. My rent is paid till thr and of my contract. So I am completing the contract and my obligations.


I am however unable to return without my deposit being refunded. As once I leave my account and Ejar services will get forefieted.


So due to no fault of mine I am required to stay back.  Change my travel tickets dates , pay extra and might also be compelled to shift into a hotel.


The Ejar customer care, is completely non-cooperative , the real estate agent snd the landlord are not able to help.


Does sny one have contacts in Ejar to whom this issue can be escalated.
