You have to prove that there is no discrepancy in your COE and verify it through dataflow company.

Hi, I Passed my PRC RN License last August 2019 here in Riyadh, KSA. And I got my License last Feb. 2020 only. I am already done with my Dataflow with positive result. I process my Mumaris but they Rejected me twice, the SCFHS email me “Please Submit an Administrative transaction explaining the reasons working without a license through the nearest branch”

I am working as a Assistant Nurse in my company since 2017 but they are not required me to be an RN so they hired me. 2017-2019 I do not have a PRC license. What will I do to SCFHS request letter? I requested my company but they do not comply its been more than a month I am requesting and Followup with them.

Hi. I've been out of work for 3years and SCFHS license has been expired for more than a year now. I am currently under my Husband's iqama(dependent). I want to renew my license but I do not know how to go about it since I do not have an employer and my Residence permit is under my Husband's name.

You worked in Saudi Arabia without a license for more than two years which is not allowed. It can be fixed.

That letter is compulsory.

I was working for 2 years in Saudi Arabia 2017 -2018 and was regitred as specialist in SCFHS. the licence expired in january 2020.
i was working outside Saudi Arabia from january 2019 to february 2021 an i get new job in Saudi Arabia
I activated my old mumaris + account and refresh ID then i follow instruction of the site for re-registration but was rejected tawassul contacted and they advise to do re-classification.
my work experiences outside Saudi Arabia was approved by Dataflow.
i follow the re-classification but in the last step they ask if i get exam before and so i check yes because i passed prometric in 09/2017 but when i enter the eligibility number it's mentionned that's wrong.
anyone can help me for this point and if anyone had the same issue of re-classification.

Hi! I just want more information from you. I worked in KSA as nurse technician for 8 yrs (2011-2019). I went back to my home country for marriage. May saudi council was valid until January 2020. And now I'm back here in KSA as a dependent to my husband. I tried to renew my saudi council & I submitted my docs and 2 days after I received an email from scfhs that my application was returned due to missing documents. They are asking for coe for working gap. And i dont have any because of the pandemic. I was supposed to be working back here last 2020 for a new employer but then the pandemic started. All the applications were cancelled. I was wondering if any of you encountered the same. Were you able to renew your saudi council with more than 2 years of working gap?

I go final exit last march 14 2020. Now, i worked april 01, 2020 until 15 march, 202q in a clinic in philippines. My Saudi council renewal is rejected due to mismatch of job identification letter.I got my job identification letter corrected but I requested Saudi council to cancel my application with incorrect job identification letter so that I upload my application again with correct job identification letter.My license is expiring on 22 Dec and I am worried .Should I upload my corrected job identification letter on my existing application which has still not been canceled by Saudi council or wait for canceling which I can't because  my license expiry position is near ?Any help would be appreciated

Hello everyone, I have a question. My Mumaris application was rejected due to missing CPD hours. I did have my certificate but it wasn't uploaded. I uploaded it but still need to pay for the Recognition of CPD Hours, which I think I'll be able to do after I get my salary this month. Is it possible to request for refund of the payment then apply again after my CPD hrs are approved? Or can I maybe raise a ticket or appeal for the decision?

**Sorry for the questions, I'm new to this. It's usually our HR who does this, but they decided to let us take care of our own renewal from now on....
