QIWA account registeration issue

Hello all,


I got thte below error message while register my QIWA contract in the qiwa portal.


//There is a problem with the form
It appears that your mobile number is either deactivated, or associated with other Qiwa accounts. To continue serving you, please confirm or update your mobile number. It is important to note that your mobile number can only be associated with one account only.//


How it can be get resoved? If anyone replay it would be great help.
