For the resubmit your documents you must need to visit the branch . There was same case with me I've called them so they just instructed me to visit the branch otherwise there is no solution

Hello, I have problem right now regarding my renewal of saudi license. The HR department submitted my application already but the the saudi council return it back to me and they attempt for 2x already that they are asking for my “missing document” card?? What does it means? Can you help me please and hoping for your reply. Thank u 🙏

They need seven documents
1: Iqama copy
2: Passport Copy
3: Photograph
4: SCE Authorization Letter (Downloaded from SCE web)
5: Degree (Attested from Your Home MOFA and Saudi Embassy) or Diploma (Attested From Your Home MOFA)
6: Transcript Of the Degree/Diploma.
7: Introduction Letter from Your Company Attested from Chamber of Commerce

Kabayan, a “missing document” is not a card.

Now, since your statement is limited and not elaborating the required information, you need to provide the following information to get better advice:

1) What is your visa (iqama) profession
2) What type of membership issued to you by Saudi Council of Engineers i.e. Engineer (Professional), non-Engineer (Technician) during registration
3) What is the degree or diploma you uploaded in the SCE registration
4) How many years you completed your degree, diploma course
5) How many years of experience you have associated or related with your degree course or diploma
6) Does your Certificates i.e. degree, diploma, transcript of records (TOR) is authenticated apostilled in DFA, and attested in Saudi embassy in Philippines, yes or no?

U have to call the tawassul and ask about what is the missing documents or card.. they are very helpful. Because sometimes the attached files wasn’t send. It happens to me..although i told them that i send it already but wen they checked the record no files Wer attached so i have to submit it again

You can check the list of qualifications through the portal of the Saudi Commission for health specialties, you also need to get PRC license as per the new policy of the Saudi commission. just check using the phrase 'qualification list of Saudi commission'. Hope it will meet your queries.

hello good day everyone, i have a question, I used to worked as a nurse in Saudi arabia way back 2015, data flow and prometric exam exam was taken in Saudi after a few days of my arrival. Everything went so smooth. By the year 2018, I applied for the renewal of my Saudi Council license, but unfortunately, i wasn't able to renew it, at that moment, I found out that I don't have the data flow report. The problem is my COE in the Philippines, I don't know what is the really reason why it turns out they cannot renew my license. My employer keep me working even my license was expired. It took 3 years of working without license, but the MOH is aware. I had my final exit year 2021 0f Augsut, fortunately, my employer gave me coe indicating the 6 years of employmewnt. Now I applied again for Saudi. My concern is, can I still work in Saudi even after my situation before I worked there. I want to use my latest COE to be submitted for dataflow and not the one from local COE that gives me trouble before. I hope someone can help me with this. Thank you in advance.

I believe they are looking for the latest certificates or proof of your practice. My wife was not able to renew her Saudi Council because of lack of latest certificates although she had ample CMEs. When we tried to inquire from Saudi Council office, they just told us to provide new work certificates then submit for dataflow for verifications. Latest BLS is also a required document...and a recommendation letter could be a plus points.

@Ashleyah97 yes you can again apply .they will not renew with just receiept. They need verified certificate.once you submit may be in 1-3 days it will be renewed.

@jallymaegayuma26 you can still renew your saudi council. Provide only your last certificate of experience in the system. if your saudi council is more than 12 mos expired you will do re classification and exam

@dataserve hello sir. how are you? could you please help me with my scfhs issues? i am currently employed as a company nurse (first aid facility) in a manufacturing company. i went to scfhs office to inquire about the procedure of applying a nurse license. i was told that i couldn't get a license because they are only issuing it to a hospital/clinic facilities. i am afraid with my current status because without a nurse license, im considered as illegally working here. looking for your advise. thanks
