my saudi council renewal is rejected

Ive worked before in a private company here in saudi 2016 with prometric only and my employer did not process my saudi council till my contract ended 2018, then when i applied in new hospital they accepted my application without license cause they said its okay because prometric valid for 5years. when i registered for professional classification they rejected and wanted my current employer to send an explanation letter to the communication department of scfhs.

Hi
I faced the same scenario five years ago, and I solved by changing my profession to a new one that not required a license within the industry that I belong to.
In many cases, the bachelor degree from different countries are not recognized here in the Saudi Council of Engineers "it was my case, however, for you, I do not exactly the reasons, but changing the profession for me was the best option

Hi everyone,

Male Nurse here , have been working in Saudi Arabia since 2015, worked in a private hospital with license ( from 2012-2014) , currently working as Male nurse ( industrial ). My license expired back in Nov 2016 and since then worked without license until Dec 2018, could not renew it since my company was financially struggling. Now I got transferred to a new employer to work as a Male NUrse ( industrial) again and I would like to renew my SCFHS with a gap of more than 3 years of license expiration . I tried to renew my license via Mumaris Plus account, it says that I can not apply for re-registration since my license expired for more than a year, SCFHS instructed me to apply only for professional registration again , not for professional classification since it has still been valid.

Now that I worked for 3.8 years for my last employer where I had only 1.7 years valid SCFHS license , rest of my experience was after expiration of license. My COE is from April 2015 to December 2018 that includes both with license and without license.

Anyone has any idea whether this COE can be submitted to SCFHS as my last letter of employment to apply for registration ? Anyone here had similar experience ?

I do not want simply to waste my money by applying for dataflow + license registration + BLS if it's sure that they do not appreciate candidates like me.

Please share your experience / advice.

There is no BLS required.
You will cost for dataflow, I suggest you do it and upload and write the same thing (the crisis) that you mentioned. I hope they will accept your registration. Well I am Saudi commission in charge in my hospital for the last 10 years

I can only suggest is attached all your coe (even the without license) on dataflow. Act depends on the result of dataflow. Once verified, good for you as you can register new application on scfhs.

That's the problem. If you're not working in their company they don't care anymore. Only your previous company can help you on you case.

If the COE under MINISTRY no need to be authenticated by ministry of chamber, if your COE as private hospital then better be authenticated by ministry of chamber

Hello! I would like to ask if i can still apply for saudi council if i have 2 years gap of unemployment, I already have a data flow but i am hesitant to submit it because of the unemployment gap, pls help..do i need to go back again to Philippines to practice my profession for al least a year and apply again for classification?

do you have the same experience? because i was told that i cannot be able to work here if have more than 2 years experience otherwise i will have to go back to Philippines to work first for at least a year then i can work here again

Hi Madam, I got a message from SCE that "missing information workflow". They did not mention what documents missing. I upload the latest degree again than seem to be ok as "valid membership". after a few days again I got Message workflow missing. Why did that happen? do you have any idea...!!

just upload the correct document and resend your application. No need to pay again in my experience. Make sure the correct occupation is indicated in your employment certificate. I sent my application three times before they finally accepted it. I think there’s something wrong with their system sometimes

geez calm down 🙂 Maybe OP can elaborate on the term that was used. I stand to be corrected but did the message say “Your application has been returned back to you”? If that’s the case then reupload the correct document then send again. All the best

They do not allow more than 6 months of gap in work experience. And you must explain why there is even a gap.

It is common sense to be denied, because you are dealing with people's lives. You lose your competency and will be a safety risk, if you've been out of practice for that long.

Sir/mam please help me in the renewal of my Saudi council. I worked in Saudi in 2011 to 2013.DmIn 2012, I got my Saudi council license as nurse technician. I went exit in 2013.In 2020 October I came back to Saudi Arabia as a employee of different hospital as a nurse specialist. I want to renew my Saudi council. Our HR said no need cpd hours to renew. It's been 7 years expiry of my license. Will it be renewed? Can it be changed from nurse technician to nurse speciality ?
