Hello!
Please help! My prometric was expired last nov. 2018. I applied for renewal of my license but then it was rejected. They ask me to send a my school diploma. After i sent my school diploma for dataflow and i paid already for dataflow of my diploma, the saudi council sent an email that it is okay, no need to send my school diploma. Until now, i am waiting for their reply if it was renewed or not. Thank you for your help!

EASY DATAFLOW STEPS FOR NEW SCFHS APPLICANTS

1. Prepare clear copies or scanned copies of the following documents:

COE(LATEST 2 YEARS ATLEAST)
COLLEGE DIPLOMA + TOR/RLE
PRC ID + BOARD CERTIFICATE
PASSPORT COPY

2. Create account here

3. After creating account, wait for the email from data flow around 5 to 10 minutes ( CHECK SPAM FOLDER TOO!!! )

4. Activate your Data Flow account from the link provided in the email

5. Login to your Dataflow with your Username and Password. Your Eligibility Number will be automatically linked in your dataflow account once you activated it from the link in the email.

***
-Mode of payment is credit card
-Regular 35 days processing costs around 500SR while 14 days express processing costs around 1000SR
-Make sure to fill the information correctly

Yes, she can retrieve her password if she did not forget her username, but unfortunately she did.

Im not sure about the question, "can dataflow account be duplicated"
- afaik, there is no way to duplicate a DF account since it is bound to only one email address. However, you can create a new account with all the same information you have. The only thing is, you have to make a new DF account from a new Email address. Then, you can start the verification process from scratch.

If you happen to remember and access the email address you used for your dataflow before, you can just click 'forget password' and change to a new password.

Thanks guys!

But as far as my docs is concern it was ready now to upload, and i already retrieve my old password with my old email address but the prob was i cannot upload all my docs in Mumaris Plus due to site interruption its like there’s something wrong with theire website. So we postponed the registration and will try again later. In sha allah

Thanks for your advise! We just uploaded my scanned docs in Mumaris Plus and it was all accepted now i paid for 200 from Sadad as the Admin fee and will wait until it’s done. In sha allah it will approve.

Hi,
My saudi license will expire on april 12 and ill have my final exit on lastweek of april is it wise to renew my license now before i take my final exit?And also about dataflow for COE i dont have experience in philippines i only have my saudi experience, i want to ask if i submit my recent COE from my saudi employer is it enough to process my renewal after I came back to saudi arabia?or still theyll ask for philippine experience?

Yes, its better to renew your license while you are in Saudi. Once you are in the Philippines it would be next to impossible to renew your Saudi License.

Since you're going exit, bear in mind though that you might shoulder its cost and i would advise you to do so. Your company might discourage you to renew your license but you better off insisting for the renewal and tell them that you would pay for its cost. Im telling you this because renewing in the Philippines, if there is anyone who knows how, will cost you so much with no guarantee of success and I believe one requirement for renewal is an Iqama Number.

Regarding your COE, you can try to send your Saudi COE for dataflow together with your College Diploma and PRC License. However, dataflow will take so much time so if you will pursue it, choose the Express 14 working days which will cost around 1500SR. You will also need valid BLS and 30 CME hours for Technicians and 45 hrs for Specialists

You just hope and pray that SCFHS will accept your Saudi COE. I read other people from this thread using their Saudi COE for dataflow and renewal which they succeeded without any problems.

hello i need some help..
my prometric is SPECIALIST and my last employer registered me as a TECHNICIAN .. my license got expired Nov.2017 and i got employed again by another employer last sept 2018 so i have a gap of 10 months..i applied for re-registration in mumaris plus but got rejected due to invalid classification and they are asking me to do re-classification again..

my question is:
do they need the COE from country of origin( which i dont have) or can i use my last COE here in saudi arabia and do i need to dataflow it ?

Hello!

I would like to ask something really important about Mumaris Plus. My application for Classification result was this "Classification Rejected" with an Additional Comments: "You have to verify your experience in Saudi Arabia since you have been working without license or classification, from Verification Department before submit your request."

My concern was, i already submit my previous and current COE and all docs required but why they reject it?
Am I still eligible to re-apply for classification again or use another services in Mumaris Plus? If I will try to request again for Classification ?

I just wanna clear about Mumaris Plus required me to pay 400sr for my Classification Application, what does it mean? I already paid 200 Sr for Admin fee. Then another 400sr for what? My status of application still “Under Review”...Please u want clear answer. I feel shock now. I need to pay that huge amount for review only? Yani, Khef?

Hello, they send me the Bill No. to pay the amount of 400sr then we pay tru SADAD payment and already recv the invoice and it says, they approved my Professional classification and submitted my request. So i was glad and excited for the Certificate waiting to upload, but suddenly just today i received another email stating “My application returned” due to missing requirements and irregular experience. We already uploaded it many times with justification and explanation regarding my work experience and they approved it a day before...Any advise please? I already paid 400sr What if still the same they keep on returning my application what will happen?

Hi! Can you give me an answer? I’m in much need of help about this. I dataflowed my recent employment which is from private hospital here in KSA. Since my local hospital is already close. Now my license is near expiry, will saudi council accept my datalow papers and not reject it?

Are you currently employed here in Saudi? You cannot dataflow your COE if you still currently employed here in Saudi. Just ask for Employer’s Identification letter only stating your employed with them and it will be accepted. But on your Local COE i guess it’s should be a problem coz it’s closed already and you will obtain a Negative Result from dataflow and the reason of your rejection.

Yes I’m still currently working in KSA but with another hospital now. That’s why when I went back to phil., they asked me to dataflow my COE. They didnt tell me which one so I dataflowed my recent employment which is from KSA too. Now I’m worried about this

Hello guys can you help me with my complicated problem regarding mumaris plus

i took prometrics for specialist year 2014 but my employer registered me as a technician as it was stated on my license card..it expired last sept 2017

i got employed again by another employer and went back here in saudi last sept 2018

meaning to say i only have a gap of 10 months

now i am processing my renewal and i am having difficulties.. when i clicked for re registration the system said i need to complete registration so i clicked.. applied.. paid.. and they rejected it for the following reasons “ invalidity of classification” therefore they redirected me to do “re classification” i applied paid again now 200 and after few days they are asking me to pay 900”

at that point i called saudi coucil and asked at first they said its for your reclassification so okay i paid

since i wasnt satisfied with the answer i called saudi council again this time they told me its for “specialist examination”

i told them i already had examination before and it was for specialist...

what can i do with this matter i cannot renew unless i settle this problem about my classification can you give me yanee the slightest idea because as of now im in total darkness my friends..

You have to verify first your Saudi COE with dataflow, “same problem as mine” in order to update your experience before you apply again. In sha allah it will work but it will take time and you will pay again.

Hello maam!.. my saudi council was expired last year, i went for exit already from saudi and now i am employed here in qatar, to be able to get the medical license here i need my good standing certificate from saudi, but unfortunately if i open my mumaris account i click on request for good standing certificate it always says that i dont have acyive awarded registration.. what will i do? i have an old expired saudi council technician registration. do i need to pay first the expired registration or directly i will go to re classification because i took specialist exam and passed.i want to re classify and register as specialist now.

what will i do. i jave also 11 months work gap.
