Looking for a 2 bedroom house/apartment in Moka

Dear all,
My family of 3 - husband, myself and our 2 year old - are looking for a place in Moka. We are on the lookout for a house or apartment that comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car parkings at a bare minimum. The ideal place would be fully furnished and set up with all necessary electrical fittings. Our budget is MUR 30,000.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Just to give a background, we’ve been staying in Floreal for the last 5 years, and now need to move to Moka to be closer to my son’s preschool - he starts attending Dukesbridge in January.

I did find a great listing under Nicole Barbe’s name, and she was kind enough to show me around today itself
I’m keeping the search ongoing though, as her place is already taken, and the other options were too small for my family of three.
