My wife is looking at work. She is pregnant. Does she have to disclose that to her potential employer or can the potential employer ask her?

Dear Virgilio

The employer won’t ask. However, there are high chances that in case he/she suspects same, she will not be given the job except of she possesses exceptional competencies.

However, it would be most fair that your wife disclose same.

Indeed, if selected, she will, in accordance with her competencies, be entrusted responsibilities.

She will after few months of joining, be entitled to 14 weeks leave without pay and other related advantages.

It’s up to your wife to decide which path she would like to take.
