Education & Working Experience

• BTech/BBA( or any other background), MBA
• Minimum two years of relevant experience as a HR Generalist or Hr Operations.

1. The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced, and a dedicated strategist and planner
2. Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company
3. Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
4. Explain and provide information on employee benefits.
5. Cover all HR related compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
6. Maintain employee records and paperwork
7. Represent employer in community and recruiting events
8. Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
9. Manages committees on wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications as needed.
