@Citto67 as you will see on the link below, Belle Mare is an expensive area with larger houses and rental in the Rs 38000 - Rs 110000 per month range.

here is one exception being advertised for Rs 15000 though:

You'll have to look at a wider area in the North-East and East of the island - places like:
