Hello everyone i just want to have any idea from those people who experienced same situation as mine... I handed all the documents at VAC Singapore for resident permit in norway and im currently working here at Singapore but planning to go back to my home land by December while waiting for my visa. and i read from udi that it takes 6mos before i get any answer from them. My concern is.. is it possible to stay in Philippines while waiting for my visa and in case they grant it is it okay to fly from Philippines to Norway though I apply my from Singapore? A million thanks to those who will comment...

As this question is about Norwegian rules and processes (even if carried out at their embassy in Singapore), I suggest you better ask this in the Norway forum - or, even better, call the embassy for clarification!
