Question re:Wife part time work

Hi - Now that I have my EP approved, I'll be bringing my wife on DP.

She's going to be working as an entry-to-mid level architect on DP+LOC. When we are in the states, she's also a part time gym class instructor (couple hours a week hobby type). Is there anyway she can continue to part time teaching gym class in singapore, or would she not be able to do that since her DP+LOC would tie her to an architecture firm?

The LOC mentions which employer she can work at. No other employment is allowed.
The only foreigners in Singapore who can do part-time, freelance or second jobs are Permanent Residents (PR) and Work Holiday Visa (WHV) holders. And it is not wise to break such rules in Singapore!
