EP Applicant Profile and Probability of being approved

Hi, I am an EP applicant from Malaysia.


Just wonder that are the applicant profile, qualifications, resume (CV), work experiences, working field need to be allign with the job offered? And it does not just depend on the strong intent from employer side? How MOM judge it since different personnel has different marking standard.

Of course your background (education and work experience) has to fit the job, otherwise any Singaporean could also do the job (and must be hired first, by law).

The intent of the employer is secondary here, MoM mainly looks at how Singapore as a whole would benefit from your presence. And taking a local's job is not allowed!
