This is rough, not especially well researched, and open to error.

The victim appears to have been trying to block ICE agents - That makes her political, not a bystander or someone who just happened to be there.

When her car moved forwards, the ICE agent was directly in front of her and in clear danger.

However, he seems to have fired AFTER the danger to him was past and no other ICE agents were potentially in danger as the nearest was several yards behind the car.

It looks a lot like the ICE agent fired without reasonable justification. They had her plates so they could have arrested her at a later time.

I looked at the video and she's was no serious threat.  They told her to leave, then tried to get her out.  WTF?  The wheels were turned to the right and clearly she was going to miss the guy from multiple camera angles. Looks like unreasonable force and therefore murder.

We'll see if Federal Immunity comes into play.  How quickly is it going to be swept under the carpet?

She lived in that street apparently.  And the people who video'd it and were interviewed were her neighbours.

And of course, she was allowed to protest against ICE.  That's her protected right.  Ignored by ICE/DJT.

Fred

I have every confidence the ICE agents were nothing short of nasty AND there was no justification for the shooting as the danger had past and she was moving away from the area.

An arrest later for driving offenses, maybe other charges if she deliberately aimed at him, might have been justified.

This video is pretty good. It clearly shows ICE shooting her when there was no further danger, and it's worth noting he put himself in danger in the first place.

The greatest story is told by the agent's 'you can't touch me' walk as he walked away from his victim's car.

From Euronews:

Donald Trump intends to visit Hungary's Orbán during key election campaign

The US president sent a letter to the Hungarian PM, confirming his willingness to visit Hungary and wishing Orbán "best of luck" with the key election in April.

US President Donald Trump teased a visit to Hungary at the invitation of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán as the country readies for a crucial election in April.

I cannot see Trump turning up here making any difference to those opposed to Fidesz and Orban.

Iran:

Anti-government protests spread in Iran as authorities cut communications

• Protests that began over crippling economic conditions have swept across Iran, becoming the most serious anti-regime demonstrations in years.

• Thursday saw the biggest unrest to date, prompting authorities to cut internet access and telephone lines in Tehran and other cities. At least 45 protesters, including eight children, have been killed since the unrest broke out almost two weeks ago, Norway-based Iran Human Rights NGO reports.

My speculation.....I don't see the regime as it looks now surviving the current unrest.  Probably Khamenei will "retire" or die suddenly in harnesses with some kind of organised propaganda funeral to sway the people.  There will be promises of reform post that but nothing truly substantial.  It won't address the underlying economic conditions as they are fundamental.  I wonder if they'll dollarise or Euro-ise the economy.

A quick history.

The UK and US removed Iran's DEMOCRATICALLY elected government in favour of a mass murdering dictator. See Operation Ajax in1953.

The US backed Shah tortured and murdered his way into holding on as absolute dictator until he was removed in 1979.

The US backed dictatorship caused the very conditions that allow extremists to thrive, and thrive they did until Ayatollah Khomeini gained power by popular demand in that year.

There went America's oil profits again, so the mass murdering US installed dictator was painted as the nice guy kicked out of his country by religious nutters. Whilst I suppose there's a lot of truth in that point of view, the US tend not to admit they laid the seeds that allowed the Islamic Republic to come into existence.

There are now riots in Iran, this being started by difficult condition the US tends not to mention its sanction are mostly responsible for.

The Iranian government claim that Israel and the US are behind the riots - a claim I find easy to accept as likely to be true given the we know CIA spooks have done exactly that in several countries, including 1953 Iran

Once again, we see the US causing death, destruction, and misery for attempts at oil grabs.

Don't need that history.  It's not interesting. We all know what went on.  Anyone over about 60 knows as we lived in those times.

What's your balanced analysis of today's events or in the near (weeks) term?

Regime caves or survives?

Make it about today, not the mid-1970s.

Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past ~ Orwell

The US needs us to forget their past crimes so we can't properly understand the blind stupidy of today's crimes in Venezuela, and the future crimes they are planning.

Fred

Trump is famous for lies, pushing the worst case in order to get deals, and massive idiocy.

That means his latest threats have to be taken seriously, just in case he's actually stupid enough to follow through.

Trump ramps up Greenland threats and says US will intervene ‘whether they like it or not’
US president doubled down on threats to acquire territory at a White House meeting with oil and gas executives

I wonder if the best bet would be as I suggested earlier - Countries each send a regiment there under Denmark's control.  That way, any attack on Greenland is an attack on every participant Country.  Trump seems to care little about NATO, but the idea of a US / Europe war might just put him off.

However, before any of that, all Countries should cancel all orders for US weapons systems, and find alternatives to US oil and gas supplies.

That rogue nation really should be isolated as quickly as possible.

This new video clearly shows the ICE agent was not in danger when he fired the fatal round.
