The Cloud - Rooptop & Lounge Bar offers a completely new menu for New Year's Eve:: salmon, ham and truffle croquettes for the aperitif; eggs cocotte with foie gras or a passion tuna tartar as a starter; while for the main course, you can enjoy scallops with a julienne of vegetables in champagne or a Tournedos rossini purée with truffles. As a desert, a mini lemon meringue pie will be offered. With a view of the sea, you can enjoy a spectacular fireworks display at midnight.
Le Meridien Hotel - Grand Bay
L'hôtel Le Méridien in Grand-Baie has gone to great lengths to offer you a very special evening. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with an aperitif: sparkling wine and canapés. Dinner will be served from 7pm to 10:30pm. The chef offers a refined menu for this occasion. During dinner, a trio will be playing until 9 pm. One of the highlights of the evening is undoubtedly William Watt's Mentalist show. William Watt is an illusionist and mentalist who performs in Paris. If you were at N'Joy, Grand Bay for Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve is shaping up to be even bigger with a musical program and menu that will allow you to bid farewell to 2022 in the best possible conditions. Eric Triton's new combo, Cool People United (CPU) will kick off the evening. Electric music session guaranteed. Sibu Manai will also be part of a showcase. DJ Prince V, DJ Hans and Avneesh will then take over.
