Verification/Vetting req for EP approval

Hi

I have a job offer from a telco in Singapore,The Recruitment Agency applied for the EP ,Below are the details of my qualification and work Experience

Qualification : Bachelor's in Telecommunication Engineering .  (My university is listed on the MOM site & i have a positive SAT)
Work Experience :10+ years
Salary offered : SGD 10k

Initially ,the EP got rejected because the Job was not advertised on the Job Portal ,Appeal was filed after the Job advertisement and wait time of 14 days .

The Time line is as follows ,

Appeal was filed on 28th October  2019.
The status was checked on 11th November 2019 by the the Agency .

The response from the MOM is that vetting/verification from external agency is required for EP approval and it will take 3 more weeks.

I need to know about the chances for the EP approval based on above details ,Plus a word on Vetting /verification Process .
