S Pass Rejection

Hi, I am from Batam, Indonesia. I got offer to work at Singapore with $3,500 Salary as Software Developer. I have graduated for 3 years from university in Batam, but my working experience is about 8 years(I work while attending my college). The company applied S Pass for me, but got rejected. When they called authority to ask the reason, they only give "There is an issue with candidate". Which I don't know why.

"There is an issue with candidate" is not the wording MoM would have used.
But if this was the meaning of what they answered, then there is nothing the company can do to get a work pass for you.
If you don't know what the issue might be, you could try to contact MoM and/or ICA to find it out and ask what can be done to lift the ban.

Hi, but I have never been working at Singapore and I also never get into trouble in Singapore. How I can contact to MoM, is there any information i need to get from my employer?
