If you are the person who sent me the docs:
I've already checked. The documents you provided are 'at first glance' fake.
The Ministry is checking these and will get back to us in an official manner as the matter is considered quite sensitive.

If you are not the same person:
Let me have a copy of your document. Will check with authorities.
