Hello im noe from philippines working here in Riyadh. I will be applying for family visa, one the requirements is marriage certificate attested in the Philippines. My questions is how about if my marriage is solemnized here in Saudi Arabia in a lower court and already had an stamp from ministry of foreign affairs do I need to attest the certificate also in the Philippines?

No, you don't. Just present the original when asked.
