Could you just pleas indicate how soon you need a house and also your approximate budget, as I happened to meet an acquaintance, who is leaving his house in Roche-Brunes- BEAU-BASSIN by end of June 2010.

My budget is from Rs25 000 per month and any time between July and October.  Thanks Arlette I will look.

I talked to him this afternoon. He indicated that it would indeed be available and by end June 2010, and that he rental would be around this figure.

However, I think that with some negotiating skills, you could secure a more ‘reasonable” rental.

I'll request him to make you visit the house in June, as per your availability, to determine whether it is according to your taste.
