2.How much initial capital I will need?
3.Do I have to register/apply in my homecountry or in MU?
4.Any ideas about Education or Customer Service industry?

It took me 2 1/2 years to get my water sports permit. I'll start with that. There's lots of business opportunities in Mauritius. I have about 5 projects I'm working on from $30K to $4.5Mil. To really succeed you need to know people. So I suggest start networking, do your research and get multiple answers from multiple sources.
