Elodie and Thomas are digital nomads who come from Lille. Their passion for travelling led them to a world tour in October 2016 which included Asia, Australia, and South America. Today, they live in Quebec, Canada on a Working Holiday Visa. They spoke to Expat.com about their adventures, their everyday life in Montreal, and their long-term plans.

From a working holiday visa to permanent ...

Charlene comes from a small town next to Nantes, in France. She flew to Quebec a long time ago to visit her family, and twelve years later, she decided to go back to Quebec with her husband on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV). Charlene has now been in Quebec for over seven years and is enjoying a good life with her little family. She shares her experience with Expat.com.

Towards a better life in Edmonton

Ferdy grew up in Paris. Seizing an opportunity abroad, she flew to Morocco where she spent two years before moving to Canada to be with her husband, who was a university student. Both decided to live in Quebec before they realised that Canada has more to offer. Their quest for a better life lead them to Edmonton in Alberta province.
