Hello everyone,
Would anyone have a template of a work contract for expats/non citizen based on the most recent legislation of the Mauritius government (Employment Right Act 2008)and that is acceptable by the BOI?
Hope someone can help. I don't think a UK contract model would work or would it?

A contract will bear similar clauses, whether Mauritian or Uk. Check on the Prime Minister's Office website for the specifications regarding what you need to add in terms of payment, permit length etc..
