Yes.  Unless you have really low expectations.  Then, yes, you can find all sorts of jobs that don't even pay a subsistence wage, not even by local standards.

It's easy to find jobs in Perú and other Latin American countries, if you have a skill that is in high demand and employers don't mind or are legally allowed to hire a foreigner with that skill, even though they may not be able to communicate well in Spanish.  Those jobs are few and far between and mostly already taken.
