I am working in oman as an engineer. Last month I went to my hometown and return after 15 days. In these days there are some financial issues happend in company and the company is banned.
Now we ( the employees)don't know what to do. How can we cancel the visa and join to another one.

Under the circumstances which you have mentioned, rather than individually, you should first approach the Indian Embassy and discuss the issue collectively as a team of affected employees.
Since issues like this have happened often before, the Embassy officials would be able to guide you appropriately after understanding the real issues involved.
