As a suggestion why not contact such companies in Mauritius and make an appointment to see them, or just cold call and leave a copy of your CV with them, Follow this up a few days later with a call to the personnel dept.

Hi thank you, happy to be here I just wondered if there are direct emails or phone numbers to book an appointment to meet people in person? I have been informed about the hospitals such as welkin, clinic Darne and City clinic. Are these the only hospitals to approach?
