Get the marriage certificate translated into Arabic, then get it legalized by MoFA and the KSA embassy in India and always keep it in hand whenever and wherever the both of you travel.

Yes you can but you should have marriage Certificate

Dear Zoha,
Mabruk for the marriage.
Okay , this happened to me 10 years ago so I don’t really know if this has changed for not.

1) you will need a letter from your father through his sponsor requesting no objection to transfer your Iqama to your husband and this letter should be signed by both your dad and authorized person in his company since his letter has to be attested by the chamber of commerce.
2) copy of both yours , fathers and husband Iqama and two pictures of both husband and wife.
3) marriage certificate which has been attested ( mine was attested by both the Saudi Embassy in Kenya and foreign affairs )
4) there is a form for transferring sponsorship which can be got from passport office.

Recommend that first your husband to check as it is very important to transfer your sponsorship to him so as you can have the ease in the country and can easily leave the country.

Good luck!

Regards
Bassam
