Iqama pending on MOI

I would like to ask , What is the cause, why my iqama is still not renewed while it is already 2 months since the redzone turns to low green and the 650 sar passport deposit for renewal is still not accepted.

check you absher...maybe you have generalization reports...under your iqama...

What does generalization mean? I dont have any absher. All i know only use it for sim and remittances ,And honestly i dont have idea whats happening, is that normal for those similar case in mine? Im 7 months away to finish contract to exit.
