Travelling to Turkey with Ricevuta

Dear Expats,

I would be grateful if you could answer me with the following question:

I am a student in Milan/Italy! I am from Iraqi Kurdistan! I want to travel back home to Iraq from Italy to Iraq but Through Turkey! my permesso is under renewal process, but I have the ricevuta of the appointment, my passport and the old permesso! Turkey allows me to get and electronic visa but this electronic visa should be with a valid residence permit or a valid visa! my question is, do you think I can travel to Turkey with an electronic visa, the ricevuta, my passport and the old permesso?

would appreciate your response!

Contact the Turkish embassy, they can answer this question easily. Otherwise, please post your question in the Turkey forum, as that is the destination concerned.
