Dependent Fees and renewal of Iqwama

Please help. I am trying to pay my dependents fee through SAAB bank and i keep getting a different amount each time I pay. I have one dependent and I cannot renew my iqwama. My school's HR department has no clue how to help me. Is there someone I can contact myself?

Hope your problem has solved? Give the exact expiry date of your iqama and remitt the fee which system is showing, that's all

And if you are not able to do it from your bank, then try it with someone’s else’s bank who has already paid the dependent fee and you can pay them the cash. Just an idea to troubleshoot

Thank you I have completed the fee and sent it to the Ministry of Interior. I am able to see the amount deposited on the MOI website under my iqama and yet, my employer has not yet applied this amount and updated my iqama. What can I do next or do I have to wait on my employer?
