Job for freshers

Hello all
I would like to know if there is any chance of getting job for freshers here. My friend's son from india is trying hard to get into gulf. Job sites like Naukri gulftalent didnt work out. Isthere any other option. Can we approach any consultancies. If so kindly suggest me a trusted one. Please guide me.

Hi SSRR,

Companies will not prefer to hire a fresher for the simple reason that to get a labour clearance is a massive challenge for companies these days.

Obviously, no right thinking decision maker would opt to waste it on a fresher, while a seasoned veteran can be hired instead to put that hard earned labour clearance to the best possible use.

Besides the above, there are many other valid reasons why freshers are not the preferred candidates for hiring in Oman; training and retaining them being the other biggest hurdles.

Moreover, to begin one's career in Oman is not a very smart or a good decision.

It is better to learn the ropes in a more challenging and a dynamic market like India for instance.
