Hi,
My family go on vacation and exit re-entry will expired on 23rd august 2017, but now! my family dont want to come back. how i cancel them on my iqama or make it final exit?

I believed that you need to return them back here in K.S.A. first, only then you may process their exit, because in their system your family recorded as outside K.S.A., otherwise you will not be able to remove them under your sponsorship. In addition to this you have to consider the dependent fees that already implemented this year 2017 - 100/month per dependent and will add more the following yrs until 2020, you have to hurry sending back here or you will be charge more for penalties.
