I appeared for the interview and cleared it for job of consultant gynae and was given an offer letter by MOH. A private hospital has also approached me for a job in muscat.does this interview hold good there?Do i need to appear for another interview with MOH for private sector?.which is better..private or goverment to work in muscat considering i have taken vrs from goverment sector in india.

Dear madcsleo, please go through private hospitals background check before joining. Moh jobs are better than private i feel. if u join private sector its difficult to get NOC. If u wish to leave then u will be barred from oman for next 2 years. I feel u should go with MOH. but if u wish to join pvt sector then please go through background check of that hospital in terms of salary, duty timings, colleagues, perks, leaves.......
