Hi I want to ask about probation, if ever I finish the 3months probation and the employer doesn't like me. They will send me back to the country where they get me? Or in my origin country...

See what your employment contract says.

As per the law, the employee would have to be sent back to their country of origin, by the employer. But, if the employer chooses to lose an employee, then they would demand some sort of financial compensation from the employee, for their losses.

Again, you have to see what your agreed employment contract says on these matters.
