what are the consequences?
maybe band for 2 or 5 years here in KSA??

HRGuru

Yes, ban for upto 5 yrs as per new law with a possibility of black listing from the sponsor depending on the criticality of your role and how much your vacancy would hurt the sponsor.

suribhai

Before I heard ban for 7 years, if it's 5 years now am not sure. Just think u r going for vacation using exit reentry. Once it expires u can enter again applying with extension if ur iqama is valid and if iqama expires then u have to face some consequences and hence if ur sponsor complain against u then u might get blacklisted for some years.

skhurram007

I don't think it was 7 years ever. It was 3 years before if my memory serves me right. Might have extended to 5 years now.

The rest, other posters are right on the money.

Anyone who becomes aware of you're a liar and an untrustworthy person who doesn't keep his word  won't want anything to do with you.

Seems fair

Those 'some consequences' are a definite ban on getting any kind of KSA visas for a period of at least 3 years.

If the only options to make lies and excuses to set you free from your nightmare hellish situation then so be it I'm ready to accept consequences even it's crucial.
THE ROYAL LAW WHAT THEY CAN DO HELP YOU?? your not one of them you know what I mean... NO EMPLOYERS QUIT THEIR JOB w/o reasons...But, the majority of reasons why employees quit their job are under the control of the employer.
