Hi everyone i need a help here.
I am an indian but i was married to a mauritian in mauritius. Its been years we are not staying together. I want divorce as he used to asaault me phsyically and harras me. I would had been dead if i had stayed there. Now i want divorce so that i can continue my life in india.can somebody pls help.me what is the procedure fir divorce in mauritius.what is the time limit after which divorce can be filed.pls help

Hi your story is very sad better you see a lawyer in India you can get all the information you cant apply from here as you are not living in mauritius or you can come over here to apply for it and you will get it in 6 months.
