Marriage In Saudi Arabia for OCI

did you try saudi court  as  long you both muslim  then its  more then easy  but you need  approve from your father or  brother

Thanks for your reply .. I haven't tried yet .. And there is no problem with my Father Approval.. I don't know anything and who should I ask???  if they agree then would Indian Embassy attest the marriage certificate? If you know anyone whom I can consult this matter with? I would be very appreciating... Thanks once again

So what's wrong with that and this is the right forum for expats to ask queries. Since she couldn't find the answer anywhere else that's why she's put up her query here.

Wrong on a whole different level.

First off she comes and says she is Yemeni with OCI and marrying an Indian which has no relation to whatsoever.

Like the posts above said, go to the court, they will guide her. She said she was "told" , she didn't refer her source. Courts generally don't ask for NOC as long as both are muslims and father of the girl agrees.

She asked,  I replied, any harm in doing that Ms Internet Police?

@ Hamudi - when someone puts a query on this forum, he or she is looking for real time examples or answers or the people who have gone through the same procedures and the person can do his preliminary homework or Atleast get a simple idea about the procedures and if you don't have the answers it's better to not to give one and confuse the other person.

And if you know tons of Yemnis who know the procedure then direct this female to those Yeminis who can guide her properly.

for the love of god....the WOMAN came and asked, I answered "go to the court" so did someone else before. What is the harm I've done?

Now if I put any additional comment why u gotta get soo butt hurt about it ? ...girl = muslim, boy = muslim She goes to the court she will get married end of story...am I not guiding her??? did someone else who posted before me is not guiding her??? whats the confusion there ??
