Hello angelaluch and welcome to Expat.com,

Maybe the article on Shipping luggage to Mauritius in the Guide for expat life in Mauritius could help and you might ask a quotation to our partner who is a specialist in this domain.

For that purpose just fill in the form at the end of the article.

Hope this helps!

Cheers

I just met one person who is coming back to Mauritius for good after a long stay in UK.

He hired the service of Fizz Freight, and is very happy with both the services and ... the fees.

I used Crown Relocations to send my belongings from London to Mauritius and was very happy with their service and speed of delivery.  Their website is crownrelo.com if you want to check them out.  Send me a message and I can provide you with the contact details of the sales rep that dealt with in regards to my move.

Hi Angela

We moved to Mauritius last year from Oxfordshire and used 1st Move International Ltd at shipit.co.uk
They were really great and I would definitely recommend them. They handled everything.

I can also recommend a clearing agent on this end who will handle everything for you here. I can give you those details when appropriate.

I hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions (direct to my email as I don't know how often I will check this forum.

All the best
Lisa

We used a firm called Atlantis in Leeds. Very efficient. £3300 for a 40 foot container including a car, about 5 years ago.
