Hi ,can you please help me about hit & ran ,I park my car beside telemoney malaz walking through the way of telemony door inside ,then 1 track i saw doing reverse driving back of my car then suddenly hit my car,then i shout it on him then he never stop ,but i took his plate number (2773).it happens 10:55 pm, july 13,2014 at malaz ....its never reported coz late at night .....
