I will be moving soon to Malaysia (Melaka). Is a Beard OK or should I be clean shaven. I will be suprvising a multi-cultural workforce and want to make best impression and fit in the easiest.

I've seen many men with beards in Malaysia, most local guys.
I've also seen a couple of women - not nice.

Your choice really. Unless your employer has rules on facial hair.

The Malaysian society is pretty tolerant in many aspects, incl. this.
However, if you wear the beard to show strict Muslim inclinations (which many fanatists do), the non-dogmatic majority might look at you with suspicion.
