hello everyone,
i was selected by MOH to work in Oman, there is no specific city or location yet because according to them it will depend on where and what medical institution is in need of a particular worker. Anybody here who has an experience of with the MOH Oman? and it said on the job offer that an additional increments may be given at the discretion of the selection committe how does it work? Mr. Sumitran I need help! lol

Hi aldrino,

There are some MoH doctors here in this forum who would be able to guide you much better than I can.

But I can tell you that the clause about additional increments is an uncertain one. It is better to be clear about what exactly the compensation and package would be at the very outset, instead of letting it remain uncertain and open-ended. It would only result in unnecessary disputes later on, if it is not clarified and recorded in black and white in your contract before you join.
