Formalities for selling a car ?

Well I have decided to sell my car .
The istemara is valid , but the fahes is not. Can i sell the car with just the istemara being valid ?
And also , what are the formalities for getting it transferred ?

Hi

You need Valid Car license ( Istemarah )
Valid car report ( Fahs )
Valid insurance

You need to have a valid Istimarah ( car registration) + the car safety check (Fahas) + a current third party insurance.
I came across some expats ad's where they offer doing the Fahas things on behalf.
Let me know if you are interested so I can try to find their ad's for you.

Thanks for your reply guys. Let's assume I have all what you have mentioned above as valid. And I have a potential customer. What's next? I or we should go to which government body? is there any step by step guidance from A to Z?

There are offices Near Car showrooms in Nasim Area and Al Shifa in Riyadh,they will transfer your car to the new owner.
these offices you can find near to the Area where peoples selling/Buying Used cars in all cities.
