How come you weren t able to get your passport from your old promoter?
You should go to your embassy if you cannot get it back! And do it as soon as possible, it s dangerous for you to go around without your passport.

I'm in Manila right now, so I cannot really get you out of trouble... But you should follow my suggestion and get to the embassy and explain them your problem.
Meanwhile, try to contact your first promoter to get your papers by yourself.
