How to process insurance claim in case of accidental death

Dear All,

I want to know the process of filing insurance claim for my brother-in-law who died in a road accident few months ago.
He was sitting on passenger seat when the vehicle rolled over due to driver's fault. He was unconscious after the accident and he spent 20 days in hospital before he died and didn't open his eyes and didn't speak a single word.

The accident report is registered in Maroor Al Ghat which is 200 Km from Riyadh.

I got the letter of attorney from Pakistan from his father. The document is attested from Saudi embassy in pakistan, foreign ministry of KSA and Ministry of Justic (Wazart e Adal).

I need your guidance how to proceed now. Where should I go and file the case.
