hi is there anyone who can answer the following questions please
do u need to employ a bulgarian worker when u start a new buisness.
what is the cost of setting a ltd buisness up.
what is the minimum amount you have to put in a bulgarian bank.
can you do medical insurance through a buisness.
if anyone can help with these questions we would be greatfull

hi phil/mark,
1. you are not required to employ bulgarian workers

2. cost of setting up a Ltd. is approximately 300 leva. the minimum ammount of the capital has recently been decreased to just 2.00 leva. Some of the papers for the registration of your company will have to be both in Bulgarian and in English, and you might need a person to confirm that they are identical before you sign at the Commercial Register.

3. depends on the bank account type, but basically you can put 100 leva or even less.

4. you can do a medical insurance through business, normally the more employees you have the better conditions you get. Just choose a proper private medical insurance company.
