Many people try to visualize a marvelous paradise, they fail to open their shut eyes and look around the world and see the wonders of it. No matter how troubled this world is there are radiant unexplored places since the beginning of the world ! there are divine paces that you and i will never know. There's yet much to be seen out there.

check out these places:
Aurora Borealis
Grand Canyon
Great Barrier Reef
Machu Picchu
Sofiyivsky Park
Khortytsia
Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, Powys

How true.
People travel to tourist spots in the hope of finding beauty but miss what they walk past every day of the week.
That and the suggestions in the OP are tourist spots.
Try the tourist places that aren't in the backpacker's guides.
I have and they're way better than anything in the silly books.

I have a green mountain view from my window and it's beautiful, every morning I look out and that mountain and think how beautiful the world is.

Great to go to see the wonders of the world. The northern lights are truly spectacular. I lived in the Yukon for two years. Did you know a band of lights will come closer if you whistle? No kidding, it's true.

If this world is in my head, i want to get off plz. Mind you me head a bit messed up at the moment.
I take seizures so i take everyday as a blessing.

My mum is here until Sunday evening so we're doing the tourist thing at the moment.
It's terrible having to stay in posh hotels, visit safari parks and be waited on hand and foot.

As far the world is concerned.......

The world is what you make it.
Smile and it becomes a better place.
Cry and it's crap.
