i have been following discussion on expat-forum for the last few days mostly on the kuwait expat issues asi am planning to shift to kuwait very shortly. i should say the abundance of information and the promptness of members in helping out newcomers is quite appreciable..

i am an indian national and i have an offer to work with the leading oil and gas major here.

i wanted to get information about availability of good 2 bhk flats in a good residential locality. it would be help to me if someone can give me some sort of figures as to what to expect as rent at different areas in kuwait.

Rents would depend according to the area where you like to live but on a standard (without the extra amenities in a building) a 2BR flat would cost you around 270KD. Electricity and water bills not included but sometimes included in the monthly rental package. Would again depend on the real estate owner who does the lease.
