I've bought fixer-upper properties with multiple buildings on each plot (in fairly good condition in some cases) but needing time and targeted attention to become habitable/ rentable. I'm interested in finding a couple, family or individual who likes the Veliko Tarnovo area and might be interested in living on site while repairs are being done. Improve your garden skills, sharpen your Bulgarian language and live affordably within view of your investment! Any interested parties please feel free to PM me (=send me a Private Message) to discuss things further. I'm open to all ideas. Artists and musicians are also welcomed to reply. Deep pockets are not a requirement, all types of pockets equally welcomed.

Hi,

We have a house in the VT area which we have done up but still have a barn to convert. Could you be more specific with regard to the area, VT covers a very large area.
